Integrity is Tough

An insightful observation from the great Bill Russell about Integrity In order to have it, you need to define the principles by which you choose to live and lead. And by following those principles, you can expect that you will gain the respect of some and the disdain of others.

I guess that’s what makes having Integrity such a challenge.

What core principles of leading teams have been the foundation of your leadership? As the pace of change accelerates with the expansion of AI leaders will be challenged to capture its benefits while guarding against its risks.
